Little Barn Owls Nursery & Farm School in Faygate, near Horsham town centre, is a multi-award-winning nursery internationally recognised for its innovative approach to Early Years education. We are inspired by the world-renowned Reggio Emilia Approach, placing children at the heart of their learning and nurturing curious, capable and creative thinkers through a holistic, hands-on approach. Our spacious free-flow garden includes a Farm School, where children care for our friendly pig, chickens, quails, rabbits and guinea pigs, as well as an edible garden where they grow vegetables and herbs to use in cooking.
Welcoming children from 3 months to 5 years across baby, toddler and preschool age groups, we provide a nurturing environment supported by highly qualified educators and strong staff-to-child ratios. Creativity is an integral part of nursery life, with children working alongside professional artists in our dedicated Atelier studios to develop creative research projects inspired by their interests and ideas. These projects can evolve over weeks and months and have been celebrated internationally through our professional training school, inspiring educators around the world. Our commitment to exceptional care, teaching and learning is reflected in our Ofsted Outstanding judgements.
